The process of registration is handled by an professional company called ShareIt. They have many payment options including credit card, check, cash or mail order.
Go to http://www.shareit.com/programs/101107.htm and enter the required information. After you have paid you will receive an e-mail with a program that registers SRCG for you. This e-mail will normally be sent to you within one workday.
